Devil Wears Prada Boots

The Devil Wears Prada was a reasonably funny film from 2006 where even though it featured some excellent actresses the real stars of the film were the clothes.

Meryl Streep looks superb as the boss and Anne Hathaway does a very convincing ugly duckling into beautiful swan. Let’s be honest though the chances are that you have already seen this film, either on the movies, on DVD or even on your local cable channel and you aren’t reading this for a review.

The most talked about item in the Devil Wears Prada, isn’t a item from Prada at all. Everyone was talking about those Chanel boots.

Thigh High Chanel Boots

Chanel Thigh High Boots look absolutely stunning in this photo from the film. At first I actually thought she was wearing leather pants with a pair of boots or high heel shoes of some type.

Once I realized that they were in fact just boots, all the way up to the very top I thought WOW!

Even if you don’t usually like thigh high boots I am sure you can appreciate the stunning workmanship that these boots by Chanel display.

Now not everyone can pull this look off, but as far as thigh high boots go Chanel ones are the very epitome of style, grace and high quality workmanship.

If you are looking for thigh high boots to wear outside the bedroom (come on don’t even pretend to be shocked) then you should be looking at Chanel. They are not a once a month purchase but when you get them delivered and see just how darned sexy they are you will be glad you bought them.

If you want a pair but can’t afford to get them, you will just have to put in some legwork. Keep a eye open for deals on ebay, if there is a Chanel shop nearby see if you know someone who knows someone who works there. Maybe they can let you know when there is about to be a sale, or maybe they have some way of getting you a dicounted pair.

While I admit it isn’t likely that you will be able to get a pair of real bargain boots you may save a little and every bit helps.
