Cowboy Boots
Cowboy boots were once reserved for men (more specifically cowboys). They were designed with a rounded toe and a heel so that they would stay securely in the stirrups when the cowboys were riding.
Even back then not every cowboy boot was the same, in true cowboy style they would have pairs that were for work and then some that were not just made from plain leather but were decorated with etchings, buckles and studs.
Clothing trends come and go but they tend to move on quicker than shoes do. It is highly fashionable at present to have the “little house on the prairie” look and wear lots of paisley, checks and denim. Of course this look would not be complete without a pair of gorgeous cowboy boots!
Women’s cowboy boots , or should they be called cow girl boots, are different from mens boots in the way that they come with higher heels. We women like to show off our long slender legs so what better way to do it than with a pair of high heeled cowboy boots!
Finally you need to know where to look for these sexy new cowboy boots. You can browse high street stores to see if they are selling the latest trend, you could browse on the internet to find a wider range of boots that may be able to suit your budget better or you could find a pair of traditional cowboy boots on an online auction site for a real authentic look but be warned, a pair of men’s working boots may look original but they will smell like years of hard work has taken place in them too!

Although maybe if you could be assured that you would get chased by a cowboy afterwards going roping may not be a way to spend a Friday.
